I research diversity, inclusion, and justice in organizations, focusing on identifying:
- the causes and consequences of workplace mistreatment (e.g., sexual harassment, military sexual assault, incivility, racism, microaggressions)
- interventions to prevent and respond to workplace mistreatment
- strategies for fostering greater diversity, inclusion, and justice in teaching, research, and praxis
I am interested in learning about these topics from the perspectives of underrepresented communities, including employees who are people of color, gender/sexual-diverse, and/or low-income.
