I am an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business at San Francisco State University.

 

I received my PhD in Psychology (Personality & Social Contexts & Gender and Feminist Psychology) and Women's Studies at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

 

I research diversity, inclusion, and justice in organizations, focusing on identifying:

  • the causes and consequences of workplace mistreatment (e.g., sexual harassment, military sexual assault, incivility, racism, microaggressions)

  • interventions to prevent and respond to workplace mistreatment

  • strategies for fostering greater diversity, inclusion, and justice in teaching, research, and praxis

I am interested in learning about these topics from the perspectives of underrepresented communities, including employees who are people of color, gender/sexual-diverse, and/or low-income.
